I would leave zero stars if I could. My mom and I went to see them last week because of a package carrying my dog's DNA test saying that it was still in transit. We went back today and got told that it had been lost because of how long it had been in transit despite being told two different things about where it might possibly be. We aren't going to be using them again because of this. They should have told us about this when we came by the first time.

Never received my package when it said it was handed to person. They tried to give it to my neighbor and when they wouldn't accept it they left it at the mailbox and it's now gone. When I tried to get a hold of them the postmaster said she is the one that did it and i need to get a hold of the sender not there problem.

Their phone system is terrible. They make you talk to a robot for ten minutes before they'll even attempt to connect you with someone real.

Laziest post office I've ever dealt with. Refuses to deliver even the smallest packages to my home which is 400 ft off Route 66. This has caused many time sensitive deliveries to be delayed. Not to mention they're not open on Saturdays. Every other post office I've dealt with is open until anywhere from noon - 3pm on Saturdays.

Had extreme difficulty just finding where my package was and only could speak with automated systems not once did I speak with an actual person very poor quality and extremely frustrating.

My mail was held for 6 days, while my wife and I traveled. The hold started a day early, to start the first mistake. All our mail was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of December en masse. This did not happen and it has been 5 days since it was to be delivered and nothing. We have giftcards from grandparents and packages from family for our children. I have been to the post office twice to inquire about the lost mail, and have gotten no answers. The man working said he had no idea where our mail was! Don't have the Bristow post office hold your mail for any reason. We would have been better off leaving it to the would be mail thiefs!!!!@@

I really like looking at this old post office. I hope they decide to fix it up instead of just moving to a different building. It has so much history to it. Keep up the good work.

Not only does Bristow have helpful clerks staffed daily, but the manager gave my homeschooled preschoolers a tour of the facility last year. The kids loved seeing the back of all of the post office boxes and getting to know the mail carriers.

Idiot mail carrier gave thieves packages that did not belong to them. Then the postal service wouldn't tell me or my family who or where it was delivered to bc they think we'd start a fight. Next, we get our packages back but items are missing from them. Lastly, it is about to into a legal situation if those items don't show up. Every party involved will answer to it too.
