Body work looks great and cost was exactly what was estimated. However, the time quoted for repairs was 2-4 days, the actual time for repairs was 17 days. At no time did they contact us for updates on why we were delayed (I still don't know why it took 4 times longer than excpected) and when we called for updates we were promised new completion days that were not met 3 times. If you have unlimited time they are financially reasonable with good quality work.

We needed a body repair shop and didn't know where to go. After reading reviews we decided to call Heiliger Paint and Body. They did excellent work on my daughter's car. Ray and other employees are very friendly and kept us updated on repair. The work was done quickly at a reasonable price. I hope we don't need them again, but at least we know who to call. I would definitely recommend using them. Thank you!

I read through the reviews before I reached out to Heilinger and was somewhat trepidatious given the aggressive review a woman wrote.I have a very hard time reconciling my experience with that of the negative review. Ray was great to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had the absolute best service possible. He did everything he could to ensure that we were taking care of, while my truck was with him and after.I found Heiliger Paint and Body and I found Ray to be a pleasure to work with. Truly an example of small town care given in a burgeoning suburb. I would highly recommend this shop.

Owner Ray told me he would look at my wrecked car, and give my Insurance company and I a quote. This took 11 WEEKS!! All through Dec, Jan, and most of February. Of course during this time I checked with Ray several times, and was always put off. He got upset when I finally asked if he was perhaps just too busy to look at it, and he yelled "I have 34 cars here lady, it will be the next car up on the rack" Betcha NO OTHER cars were there longer than mine. And the WORST part is, it took 11 weeks to tell me, " Your car is a total loss." Would NEVER use this place again!

I dropped my car off on Monday after my stupid self backed into my husbands truck and smashed the tail light and ripped up my bumper (ps no damage to hubbys truck of course) I got my car back today and it's like nothing ever happened. Quick work and very well done. Definitely recommend Heiliger paint and body!
