Drove 162 miles to look at three cars.
First car: 2017 toyota hybrid rave 4. Was ready to test drive and buy, but I was waiting for an owner to get done with paperwork, so I was doing a thorough inspection.
I found the brake fluid reservoir cap was missing and had been missing long enough for grime and dirt to form on the inside of the canister.
About then was when I was asked you ready to go for a drive? My reply was the vehicle is not safe for anyone to drive. I was told instantly "that the vehicle was safe to drive and that there was no reason that they could not sell it like that." Salesperson for proceeded to insult my intelligence by telling me I could go to autozone, and by the cap. You cannot until a car is ten years old buy aftermarket parts. I proceeded to call Toyota after some discussion back-and-forth with the owner. $40 for the cap, and Toyota Tulsa would have to order it.
The salesperson said it would be safe for me to order it, buy the car today and just drive it.You decide, and if you don't know the answer, ask a mechanic.
After that I declined for my safety and the safety of others not to test drive the other two vehicles.

About a BMW used 4 months ago and I've only been able to drive it 2 months out of the four because for 2 months it's been in the shop I had to put $2,000 repairs into the car and the dealer won't do anything to help me out. You think as a dealer he would have his car certified now the transmission is going out and that's going to cost me $3,500. I'd be leery if you bought a car there.

Sells Junk! They live for putting lipstick on a pig. Over a month ago, My 18 year old daughter came to purchase a vehicle with a $1000 cash and a check for $6500. The car made it 20 miles before breaking down. My husband believes that the car was filled with stop leak causing pressure to build up and the head gasket to blow. We had to leave the car at the gas station. The dealership towed the car to their shop and we haven’t heard from them since. After several attempts to call and text with no response. My husband called the owner from a gas station, stated his name and was immediately hung up on by Mike. Good thing we did a stop pay on the check, but this dealership stole $1000 from a hard working, high honor Highschool graduate who was trying to get a decent car for college. You would think a Toyota rav4 with 115k miles would last longer than 20 minutes!

Picked up a pristine Porsche 911. It was over 20 years old, but in amazing condition. Mike took very good care of me and made me a great deal on my dream car. Would give them my business again in the future.

OL....it's a USED car place. Mike's son went with us. Nice people and I bought a truck with a few problems. I knew what they were and Mike reflected it in the deal. It was the vehicle I wanted at the price level I was happy with. 10 minutes in office.
There are new trucks down the street if you got 80 grand!

I went to KirkPatrick not needinga vehicle. I also knew everything there was used. I brought along my mechanic to look at a specific vehicle. As stated before, I knew they were used vehicles. I didn't expect cream of the crop.
After looking things over, knowing I would have to make some repairs after purchase, we made a deal.
There was no nonsense, no treating me like I was an inconvenience.
Straight forward, honest. The owner was extremely nice to me and my mechanic. If you have ever taken a mechanic to a used auto lot, you are basically showing the owners you don't trust them.
He was not offended, he listened, even asked questions if he needed to be on the look out in the future. That is impressive.
He was extremely nice to my wife, very welcoming. I had absolutely no problem. We are considering buying another.
Super fast paperwork process.
This is how used auto sales should be. Well done.

If you go here, deal with the the Father, the son's personality is awful. We would have bought a car here if it wasn't for our experience with him. He acted annoyed that we were there. He literally stood over our shoulder while we looked at a car and kept asking "so are you going to get it?" We were in the process of drafting paperwork and decided not to go through with because his mood was so negative. He seemed relieved when we told him that we changed our mind.

Bought a 2013 Infiniti JX35 on May 3 and the next day when I was driving I noticed when I had to stop and the vehicle would idle the AC would blow warm air and the temp guage would go up to the H mark. We found out that the fans were not working. So now we will need to go have someone fix it. I needed a dependable vehicle since I have been without one for 4 months and was unable to work because no vehicle to take my grandbaby to daycare. I know that is the chance you take when buying from a small place and getting an older car with higher miles. We have bought vehicles before that were older and high miles and never had issues.
You just have to be so careful where you go and hopefully the salesman is honest and not sell you something that you take home and have to spend more money on or just breaks down.

The car I wanted was sold when I showed up. Owner was real nice though. Decent prices. Just do your research and look the car over really good before you buy anything used period.
