Ever since I walked out of that dealership with one of their cars, I've seriously regretted it. DO NOT spend your HARD EARNED money here. My car needs a full transmission replacement and I haven't had it 4 months! They act nice until they've got your money! Sold me a car with a class action lawsuit on the Transmission without disclosure!

Be aware that the price listed online is NOT the final sales price. They add about $2100 in various "fees" to the listed price. The final price isn't too bad; it's just alot more than you expect, based on the advertised online price.

I want to thank Anna at Infinite Routes Auto. She was super friendly/helpful/kind. Steve, Steven, Doug or whatever is his name was extremely rude. He would not, not could not, would not and it was not like I have an unusual name, call me by my name. That was the worst customer service I have ever had!

I helped my 18 yo daughter buy a car here. The car buying experience was smooth and they were very friendly and helpful. I recommended them to many of my friends and family for reliable and affordable used cars. I certainly would have gone there again. Fast forward a year later.. The car was totaled by insurance. I had full coverage on it and had purchased GAP coverage and warranty. Insurance paid and GAP paid, but the dealership WILL NOT cancel the warranty and refund the difference. I’ve been trying for 6 months to get that money back for my teenage daughter, but I only keep getting the run around from them. I’ve talked to other dealerships and an attorney who have all said it is their responsibility to cancel that warranty and refund the money. I have had no luck with them and sadly, my teenage daughter has been left to foot that bill. We would have returned here many times for more vehicles in the years to come, but they will not respond or return the money that is owed to her.

This place has nice salespeople, but I have to wonder if their "veneer" of pleasantness is to get you to walk out with a car that's damaged.
We bought a 2016 Hyundai Roadster with 65,000 miles in June 2024 for our son who is in college and needed a car to make work opportunity easier. It runs, so that's good. This is being written less than 30 days from the car being bought, but we don't have time to drive four hours round trip to get this car exchanged due to the stuff below (he goes to school in Texas, so that's also complicated), but I feel it's more important to make people aware of this.
The dealer failed to disclose the following defects which did not present themselves in the test drive, but they were caught when we got the car checked by a Hyundai service location in my son's TX college town:
1. A loose positive battery cable which was causing the car to almost switch off on our drive back. I thought it was the "safe mode" that happens in Hyundais, but the mechanic we paid $70 to fix this in OKC said it was as simple as that.
2. The right rear view mirror was loose upon driving it on the highway for an hour, and that's $750 to replace and paint.
3. The under shield is missing that would cost $236.
What we DID notice in the test drive is that the electrical head unit (the screen that has all the interactive display options on the dashboard) didn't work. The dealer said it was the actual material screen itself, and not the interior electronics. They knocked $350 or so off the price of the car to compensate for it because they said I could take it to a dealer and get it replaced for the same basic price by buying it online and then having that mechanic install it ("7 minute" repair, the dealer at Infinite Routes Auto said).
This is COMPLETELY A LIE.
The repair is to cost $2,526.42 with labor and parts. This is so duplicitous, to sell a car with this many defects. Sure, you can say, "Buyer beware," but this is really deceptive.
I'm filing a complaint with the state and national governmental offices about this dealership, and I'm reposting this review to all known online sites that allow reviews of businesses.

Sticker price is not the bottom price. Gonna charge an extra 2k for LoJack and fees. Not a good way to do business.

I bought a 2016 Subaru Outback last year. It was my first big life purchase, and I was excited to make it. I thought I had found a good deal to match my limited budget. Shortly after purchasing, suspension issues arose. We lifted it up only to find that the underside had extensive rust damage. The rear struts needed to be replaced to make it immediately drivable (they were so rusted that they had pinholed through the top). I’ve had two mechanics tell me that the entire suspension will need to be replaced to make it even safe to drive. With fees, the car was about market price, so I was willing to call it a wash. However, with the issues it came with, it would have put the value several thousand below market value. I have a hard time believing the dealership didn’t know about it. This car has put me in a deep financial hole. However, it’s not just a financial issue; it is also a safety issue. The people were nice enough to me, but I wish I would have gone elsewhere. I have tried posting a couple of times with pictures of the rust, but Google doesn’t seem to like that, so I will post it without instead.

Bryanna Kirk Was a wonderful help not only does she take time to teach me a little little bit about my finances, but she also did everything in her capability to help me find a vehicle. She was kind enough to keep me updated on the vehicle that I was hoping to purchase a car. I couldn’t imagine anyone else taking the time to help me in the way that she did.
