“If you’re going to a dealership for maintenance or repairs, you’re doing it wrong! I recently had a complex issue on my M6 BMW and they took the time to bring me into their shop to show and explain their diagnostic process. They found the issue in less time than they estimated, and they always communicate extremely well. The next week, I took my Raptor to them for cam phaser replacement and the job was done perfectly. They are able to handle diverse issues and do so with the highest level of quality and service. Can’t recommend these folks enough!”
“My experience with caliber collision was fantastic! I was able to make an appointment and drop my car off with ease, I signed up for text updates and was updated as the work was done until the work was complete. When I got the not notification that the work was complete, I went to go pick up my car I had a great experience with the front desk associate. The inside was wiped down, vacuumed and looks like the seats were cleaned also! Would definitely recommend caliber collision!”

“I can not say enough great things about this company! I called for an estimate and the owner, Mark, came to bid the job himself. He was professional, on time and just got the estimate back very quickly. A few weeks later to install the glass and was great having to work around my schedule. Mark along with a helper installed the new window pane, cleaned up and my window is as good as new. I am very impressed with how fast the install process was. I hope I never have a broken window again, but if I do I will be calling Mark at Glass Dr. to come and fix it! Thank you”
“I needed two glass shelves for my office desk. I was a little nervous about getting the measurements exact. I just picked up the shelves today and they fit PERFECTLY. The quality of glass and the edging are much better than the original glass shelves that were formerly there. Their customer service lady at the front desk was very accommodating and polite. “Overall, I had a good experience with the service provided. I suggest that you check your dash and other areas around the windshield for any damages before leaving the facility. The tech that completed my repair didn't have the integrity to let me out the host know about the scratch across my dash after the installation. This occurred June 27th, and it's July 2nd. I'm still looking to hear about how it'll get resolved.”
