Went to pick up a couple of Christmas decorations, there was 1 cashier, she was trying to do a return for a customer. She was trained that a manager had to sign any returns. She called for a manager 2 twice , no one came , 15 minutes later 3 rd page for manager , some girl steps out of an office and rudely says what? Cashier says I have a return , manager “so, well I need a manager to sign, No you don’t , just do , closes door .
I was so pissed , I was , ok well after 25 minutes, this store just lost my business.
