The wife’s trim came off the passenger side door on her 2019 Ford Flex. I had the piece. I went to a few repair shops for them to say they couldn’t or wouldn’t stick it back on. The wanted to order a new one.
I stopped by Southwest Collision just on the off chance they would help me out. Met with a gentleman and told him what I needed. He was supper helpful. Took the piece into the shop and applied some OEM adhesive. Came out and installed it on my car. Asked what I owed him - not a thing he replied.
I hope I never need a body shop but if I do, this is the place I will undoubtedly go.

Randy is by far the best in town. Unfortunately I have had my car in his shop three times in the five years. It has a four layer paint scheme on it. He matches it perfectly every time. I would not go anywhere else for body work or paint.

Do not go to this body shop, they held our vehicle for over 2 months before they even began repairs and I learned they had not even ordered the parts or contacted insurances until I started pestering them. You will not be their top priority, and the customer service is severely lacking. And after the service was complete they had not even painted over all the damage.Services: Painting

This place has had my sister’s vehicle for months and is now asking for use to furnish an “oil lock key” and other tools before they begin on her repair. Like isn’t this an auto repair place? Why should we have to purchase tools you should already have on hand, and why didn’t we know about this weeks ago when they supposedly began working on the vehicle? Crazy if you ask me

I can't in good conscience recommend that anyone take their vehicle to this paint and body shop. The owner is very cavalier about customer service. While I was traveling to build a few miles of transmission line for a local wind farm. I took my 2019 Chevy Silverado High Country HD to Southwest Collision in Ardmore, Ok. to have the bed only repainted. After finishing the work and attempting to align the bed sides and tailgate they cracked my bedside at the wheel well. They called me to tell me this incident had occurred and I told them since they are a body shop and they broke it to just fix it and thanks for letting me know. When I picked the truck up everything "looked" ok. Unfortunately after a couple of months the bed cracked again and is getting ever longer the more I drive the truck. I emailed them to request some assistance in getting the bed repaired but only got an email telling me to bring it back. Now all of this said, the manager and owner know very well that I DO NOT live in Ardmor, Ok. I live in Mobile, Al. So basically they know I'm not going to drive 10.5 hrs. to have body work done and have to pay for room and board on my dime while they fix som crappy work they did. I really feel like this business has taken advantage of an already difficult situation. Something in my gut told me not to have such extensive type work done away from home. I should have listened to my gut feeling!!

Very friendly and honest company. They weren't able to completely remove our 2 fender dings using paintless dent repair so they didn't charge us. I appreciate that and a good review is the least I can do for their trouble.Service: Body & Trim
