The reviews about this place are true. Horrible place to load. Avoid this place if you can. Came to do a drop and hook. Load I was supposed to load hasn’t been processed yet and it’s now passed the 12:00 to 23:59 pickup time. Security is nice and even in the shipping and receiving office but they have no care in the world about a driver’s time. Won’t be returning.

They recently reduced their shuft workers and turned out my lpaf was the only one that wasnt preloaded as scheduled. Dakota in the office was nice and let me drop the traiker to bob tail out for easier parking at night. Will have no problem coming back.

Been waiting over 24hrs now to pick up my trailer dropped it at 14:00 got call at 00:00 saying they were about to start loading it was finished by 06:00 the next day and because of paperwork its now 14:00 again and I can't pick up until it corrected

I bring a load of dry ice here every week like clockwork. As long as you don't show up around shift change you'll be unloaded pretty quick. I'm not sure what picking a load up is like though. I just deliver to them. Most of the security personnel are very nice. There's one that's a little testy.

I've gotten this load dispatched here on the 08/31 it is now 09/02. First when I arrived the guard was speechless, then I was told over the phone that the shipper would be in 0700 on 09/2. It's now 09/2 12:38 and my load still isn't ready they keep putting this load on the back burner, I'm damn near about to do another 34 ? avoid this place as best as you can. I will not be returning.

This restaurant is a fraud. They claim to be Michelin rated but the food was absolutely dreadful. If you enjoy rubbery meals please treat yourself. However, if you do not stay far far away from this French fraud of an establishment.

Anytime you try to call anybody that works in the "main offices" and the "administration".nobody wants to answer the phone and all their voice mailboxes are completely full.And security is unhelpful and rude....

Brought my trailer to get loaded at 8:30 in the morning my eta to get there was 12:30. I’ve been waiting all day calling to see if it’s ready and no one answers you guys are ridiculous taking this long. It’s currently 22:00 TRUCK DRIVERS BEWARE

Worst place ever they take forever to load you up . First they tell you different times that it will be ready soon then after a whole day of waiting they say they don’t know when they will be done .worst place ever
