My baby was taken in,she had and infection in her uterus, after the surgery and 2000 dollars later my baby died! There is a step by step guide, this is so common even gives symptoms.....they told us she had clear test no infection. Told us she had mild seizure from medication from surgery! She was shaking and barely could stand..... The vet journal states that the shaking was a sign of infection still present and stronger antibiotics be used and keep animal for additional monitoring, that did not happen....they charge me for additional antibiotics after I said she was not getting better she died without getting second treatment, but they swore her test were negative! Then how did she die from infection! Liars!!!!

We adopted our beloved "Skipper" here. Sept 24, 202O Hubby & I came in together, my big tommy, "Winston" had just died & I was crying a non-stop river. Hubby didn't know what to do but to bring me here. Y'all were so sweet, showed us all the kittens you had & there was a family of 5 kittens there that was rescued off the street. I fell in Love instantly, wanted all of them. One of the ladies behind the counter says; "you know one of them is missing a foot?" With tears still running down my face I said; "What, you mean he's a pirate?!" And that was all she wrote folks. It was fate. "Skippers" was meant only for moi! Arrrrr! :)) The tears stopped instantly, as it was the beginning of a beautiful new friendship :) I can't tell you how happy I am that you put "Skippers" in my life & his sister GinGin they are inseparable. The other male kitten, his brother, "Bombata" got so YUGE they "play" fought too much, he kept biting skipper's" little footless leg bloody all the time, so my brother & his two kids took Bombata & the twin girls. They are all doing great. We all visit together :) Moi "huître" AKA "Bunny Kitty" just showed up on my doorstep one day in Florida as a kitten. A little gift from God. We didn't adopt her here, but she travels with us everywhere we go with "Skipper" & his sister "GinGin" they are very happy together, they even travel in the same cage, GinGin thinks she is her baby I think :) Anyway, y'all did such a great job with my other kitties we adopted here we just brought Bunny Kitty here for her surgery also. Again, ya'll did an excellent job, she is doing very well indeed :) Thank you all so much for all that you do. We appreciate all that you do for the community, the pets & the humans, even the crying humans :) xoxo Highest recommendations.

We just moved to Dickson, Ok from Tx. I had a 17 year old dog that started to have mini seizures. His head was bobbeling, couldnt stand and whole body shaking. When I called they said they were booked but to call if I couldnt get in anywhere else. I called every clinic from here to Madill and everyone else basically said sorry not sorry. When I called them back I honestly thought I was calling yet another clinic. The girl said I think I just talked to you, your son is at OSU right? I said yes. She then immediately got me worked in within the hour. They were so gracious and kind. Everyone on the staff was so caring and as hard as it was for me to put my little shadow down they made both he and I feel comfortable. They truly cared and now I wont have to drive two hours to my son for vet care since he is the only one I trust my pets with.

The vets here are great but they’re receptionist is rude. I made an appointment for 1 pm she booked it for 1:30. When I got there she and I quote said, “ I don’t know where you got that time but you will be waiting a long time. You can go get that kid some nuggets”. She is referring to my 11 month old half asleep in her stroller.

Dr. Thompson came in on his day off to help my mom's dog cross the Rainbow Bridge peacefully. He was very patient and compassionate during the whole ordeal.

The vet and technician were very skilled in handing my young adult, active cat who jumped to the top of your medicine cabinet and looked down on all three of us. Treats were used to get her down plus a stepladder. The exam also went well. I was very relieved and pleased as it was her first visit. She got off to a good, but active start there! Thank you,

This particular office is always very good about working us in without an appointment. Any time I do a drop off the vet calls me personally, which I appreciate. Front office staff are very sweet and always take good care of my babies.

I've taken my dogs here for about 5 years. I always get a quick appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctors are great. Have helped me with strays as well. I always feel taken care of when I leave and my dogs always leave happy because they are gentle and kind to all of our pups.
