Let's just say that I'll be glad when Nick returns back to work here!! That other guy who speaks with a heavy accent is RUDE every single time I speak to him!! He obviously hates his job!! I'll change my review when he's gone or when Nick comes back!!

I am trying to schedule a vaccine booster injection. I explained that the patient (my father) is 94 years old and wheelchair bound. I didn't think I needed to remember her name to send a thank you. As it worked out, she informed me which days are available. Evidently I asked for a specific appointment due to his limitations and more than once she informed me they don't make appointments. I suggested this was a disabled patient and received the response "No APPOINTMENTS! So I excused myself so I could find a way to accommodate my request. All the other employees there know me and greet me by name. You can bet I will probably take the business where we can get better service.

Always polite and considerate, Everyone in the store is also helpful and knowledgeable about their departments product plus other departments, too. If there is a product you want that they don't have or they no longer carry, ask at the front customer service desk and they will request it.

VERY Disappointed with Homeland's BAIT AND SWITCH tactics. The ad is for 4-5 oz lobster tails @ $6.99 each. They substituted 3oz tails and marked them at the same price. We realized it after we got home so I called and spoke to a mgr. He told me to bring in the bar code and they'll adjust the price. So I go in and am told they changed their mind. Needless to say I WON'T be going back.
