“I sent a message via Facebook and within minutes received a reply to come in that day to take a look at my vehicle, Rob greeted me respectfully and was able to show me every option available for my vehicle. He ordered my kit for next day delivery and set an appointment to install. I called the day before my scheduled appointment to see if they could fit me in and after working a big job, Rob and his team came together to work to get me on the schedule. I even changed my mind when I arrived and wanted to upgrade to a better stereo and add a back up camera. To my surprise, they were not rude or upset, they honestly did not mind doing the upgrade even though it was last minute and extra work. They called in another team member to assist with the installation. They ran into a problem with the installation and upgraded my antenna which cost more but did it for free! These guys are the best with customer service, very kind and hospitable! I waited in the waiting area where they had cable television and Netflix, they offered me water and I felt very welcomed and relaxed. Rob walked me through my settings and made sure I was able to navigate through the system before I left. I could go on and on about how amazing their team is! They go above and beyond, are very professional and I highly recommend Stereo Designs ?”
