I have been to this dealership six times in the last year and only one time where they able to service me. I have set up several oil changes on my F150 and every time I come for my appointment they either have booked me on the wrong day or they don't have enough staff. During all of my visits I've seen one other customer in the store. They appear to not be busy and yet they have five service managers. Dean one of the service managers has constantly help me and constantly failed. He is not very solution orientated and always messes up the paperwork. He ordered a Chrome doorhandle for me and set up several appointments to get it fixed and each and every time I arrived at the Ford dealership they could not find the chrome door handle. Over the course of six months I still do not have my chrome door handles fixed therefore I went to Sanders collision and fixer for $35 Vs $400 from Ford. And speaking to many of the locals I understand this is very common for Ford so I suggest those of you that choose forward I would drive to Dallas Texas for better service. Oil changes are great at Hogans Jiffy lube. I have four F150s and three different states and I will never go back to Billingsby as they have poor customer service and are not solution orientated and consistently miss appointments and deadlines.

Austin was very nice and knew probably everything about the car. He talked about everything honestly with us and made this probably my hands down best car buy experience. We did make it easy since we already had a vehicle picked out though. He helped with setting up some of the features of the car specifically for me. I still need to go get a picture taken with him and the car!

I was experiencing trouble with my vehicle on i35 near Marietta. I had my truck towed to Billingsley Ford in Ardmore. My truck sat there for 5 days before I received a call that it was ready for pickup. I live in Moore, OK so it was about an hour and a half drive to ardmore. I arrive, pay for repair and get into my vehicle. I drive out of the parking lot and realize my vehicle is not fixed. I pulled back in and went inside. I explained that my truck was not fixed. They told me they wouldn't be able to look at it until several days later! I drove off upset as it had already taken a week to get to this point. I drive back to Moore, shuddering and shaking for an hour and a half. I take it to another mechanic who was able to diagnose my problem and fix it within the same day. I needed to replace an engine coil and spark plug. Unbelievable that Billingsley Ford missed this major repair. Billingsley Ford was not helpful and they are incredibly slow.

The service department is great! They are fast and courteous. They know how to take care of their customers from the COVID precautions to the bill. We have had our vehicles serviced here for as long as I remember bc of their customer service and good work. We enjoy interacting with everyone we come into contact with; especially the sweet driver and kind service manager.

Wonderful buying experience - again! These folks go above and beyond in every way. Big thanks to Dean Williams, Donnie Gillham and Chris Povendo for all their efforts, even during the difficulties of a pandemic.
