My Kia Soul was in an accident on March 29,2024. I live 75 miles away from where it accrued and the closest repair was in Ardmore Oklahoma. I selected Auto Body Concept and so pleased that I did. My car looks perfect and fixed quickly! The people there were so kind and gave me great costumer service. I would not hesitate to recommend or I use them again !!

Great job on my pickup damage. Can’t tell there was ever any damage. Got it done when they promised. Took it back at their request so they could reinspect and got a complimentary wash and detail job.

My experience with this place was horrible I advise people not to use them, I literally took my pickup truck there for hail damage and they have screwed my truck up, they cut the roof off without telling us about it and when they did they cut my wires somewhere and now my truck throws the collision break malfunction and beeps non stop and they had to repaint the truck and my paint is starting to come off.Services: Body & Trim

Only for the wealthy and fully insured. Asked my claim number before my name. They will only fix their way and require everything fixed, even if you don’t want it. Not impressed. Looking for quality customer service and this is not the place.

Great customer service; they communicated regularly to keep me updated about the car. Pick it up and it looks like new. Not only did they repair the car, they cleaned it inside and out.
