I would love to say the negative reviews are just due to poor communication, but they aren't. The service somehow manages to have more problems than they report on their facebook page, which is already an insane amount. The lack of actual, clear, honest communication just adds on top.Download speed at one tenth of what they're telling you on a good day, and consistently inconsistent. Oh, and if you attempt to call them and report it, they either tell you it's on your side, or they stall until they send a person over to check it out, who won't even fix the issue. If I could leave no stars, I would.

Very happy with their service. So glad I quit fighting with T-Mobile and made the change to Omega for WiFi

I have had their service for a few years now. It's pretty good. The low rating is for their customer service. I've tried multiple times to get them to come out and help troubleshoot a problem. It literally took me 2 years to get them out here. They kept telling me to try different ways to get internet throughout my house. I finally had to get loud with them to send a tech out. He figured out the issue within minutes but didn't offer to help fix it. Not real impressed with them

We have gone to the place multiple times asking them for help but each time the say,"it looks fine, you even got the premium pack. The speed should be at least 40 down". These people are driving me insane. We pay 90 dollars a month for wifi that at max is 10mbps. Please don't waste your valuable time and money on such garbage service.

They need more service techs but that isn't really their fault. Money is tight ?♀️

The poor reviews aren't just because of poor customer service, but also poor connection quality as well. The basic plan, when it does decide to work, likes to sit at around 120 ping and spike to 300 consistently, when I'm the only one in the house, with a single device connected. If it isn't that, then somehow the lines are cut yet again and entire sections of their network don't get Internet for hours if not days at a time. Absolutely ludicrous asking for full monthly payments when they can't even provide you a full month of semi reliable internet.

The service itself is fine, especially for where I live. It's faster speeds than the competitor and they don't throttle, which I appreciate. I also understand that weather is a huge factor when there are outages or connection issues. My BIGGEST problem with Omega 1 is the lack of reliable communication! Calling the office during business hours will often just keep rining with no answer. The only other method of reaching someone is via Facebook, and even that can still take hours. I get that this isn't a huge company with a call center, but I don't think expecting someone to answer the phone during business hours is too much to ask.

I have been a customer for years! The service at my house has been acting up for months. When I report it, they claim it’s on my end, and finally, when they figure out it’s on their end, they tell me they only go to my area once a week. Even though I called on the day crews are supposed to be in my area, they said they sent them away early, so I will have to wait a week for them to fix my issue.

Service was out all weekend. Then I moved into new house got them to transfer service. service was out again same day it was a weekend by then so no one to call or tell then called back today someone said they would look into it and would you know it its getting close to closing time no one answering phones no one came out. service is running at like 5% won't even load a web page. If I don't resolve this today I'm swapping providers
