Well I would say the bag of bones that was working there today was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She had zero interest in taking care of me or answering any of my questions and when she did answer my questions it was extremely rude. I took my business elsewhere and will tell anyone that will listen to not do business with these people. I hope her boss fires her with enthusiasm. Go to Verizon or any other place.

Don't like the service it's all we can get in our rural area and you take advantage of that with your high prices.Waited in the car for what seemed like hours just to get our phones then if something happens to your phone your stuck no replacements .

Told I would have to pay $160 for my broken cracked screen phone plus pay $50 more per month already pay $ 100 per month service is lousy and never thought I would miss metro but they were so much cheaperLiving with my cracked phone for months now ? wish us cellular would help.

Have been a US Cellular customer when I lived in Oklahoma City and when I moved to Altus,OK 5 years ago. I get very good service with no dropped calls or interference, static in the line. Ebony went above and beyond to help me approx 2 weeks ago because I had a black screen on my phone and I couldn't make or receive calls or do anything with my phone. I took it in to see if I could get it repaired and it was on a Saturday during the Rock and Rumble weekend, I didn't want to buy a new phone even since I was up for an upgrade. She went above and beyond to help me and call repair places for me and I went to LAWTON Batteries Plus to get it fixed in an Hour. Ebony , Kudo's go out to you!!! Thank You so much..

I like us cellular they honor cake day ? you get upgrades they are very helpful when you need assistance.They will show and tell you about what products they have and are on sale.

Do I talked with a customer service representative and all they can do is offer me $10 off a month and a 1 time credit for $80.00, I still think that this is ridiculous. If Direct TV can offer me a 70% off my entire bill I think US CELLULAR can do at least the same offer of some sort. Still looking for another CELLULAR provider.

Kathy Waits at U.S.Cellular in Altus is VERY helpful and kind! I can't thank her enough for all her help. I went in having trouble with my old phone. I left with a new phone, a basic understanding of it, and a smile on my face. She also told me how to swap my info over to my new phone. I can't sing Kathy's praises enough!! Thanks again Kathy!
