I would never again take this guy's word on something as simple as just showing up. He wasted three hours of my time waiting for him to even get to the shop, all the while telling me he was on his way. I wouldn't trust this guy to take out the garbage, much less do work on my car. Only wish there was a NO Star rating.

I’m so glad we never took are car to these crooked people specially after reading all the new horrible 1 star reviews.Mike and my husband took the car out to test drive so we could explain what was going on with the car! When my husband asked him what his prices were he said 125 to lift the car plus 250 for the fluid change! So my husband asked if it was set price he said yes I’m not gonna work for free, Umm we don’t expect you to but we got quoted 200 didn’t know if you price matched! Then when he said I’ll have to talk it over with my wife he laughed in his face got out of the car and said thank you for wasting 30 min of my time because we chose not to let him fix it!!!!! So unprofessional! Don’t go here if your indecisive Because you don’t have a lot of money to spend

Made a call to this business to have them give me a quote. They came picked up my dad's vehicle from my house and then the car disappeared.....Frankie is the person I spoke to. I was working with the Chickasaw Nation Area Office to get the expenses covered and Frankie got an attitude and lied...needless to say : I am out a vehicle. Time. Mentally exhausted and will NOT EVER TRUST this place of business. His story was " it was the previous owner's" . I call B.S.!! ...

Since I posted this review, I have spoken to over a dozen other people this looser has stolen from. It is everything from overcharging to destroying their property. His standard, modus operandi, is to overcharge for a repair and promise it the next day. Of course, he demands full payment upfront, which should be an indication he plans to steal from them. Then, he comes up with some lame excuse as to why he does not have it ready the next day and he keeps the car for as much as a week or more before he asks for more money for repairs he said he did extra. It is never anything that can be proven and he demands the money before he will release the vehicle. A man told me, he took his truck and kept it for a month. The guy demanded it back when he passed it going down the highway one day. A girl told me about him telling her he would repair the leaky radiator and have it ready the next day. It was not fixed. This girl took her car in for a leaky radiator. He charged her $100.00 and told her it would be ready the next morning. The next day, it was not ready. She was going to pick it up when she walked to work that afternoon. Of course, it was not ready so she started walking to work. She called a couple of times the next day and it still was not ready. The day after that, he told her it could not be repaired and he would replace it with a used one for another $50.00. She paid him and for the next couple of days he put her off so she continued to walk to work. Then, he told her he could not get a used radiator and she would have to pay him another $150.00 for a new one. She paid him and he put her off for a few more days with one excuse right after the other. Then, she went by to get it and found the dash, console, and dash gauges scattered all over his shop floor. He told her it was going to cost another $500.00 to replace the heater core. It was an old car that she only gave two thousand dollars for so he kept the car. She lost her car over what could have been fixed with a $5.00 bottle of stop leak. He is a con artist and a thief. Stay as far away from this thief as you can

Paid to get a transmission replaced. Have not seen the car in six weeks. Every call is a different reason not to be ready. From illness to vacation.

Before you decide to take your vehicle here, look up the mechanics criminal record, total conman!! I paid the guy for a tuneup. He said he was going to purchase the spark plugs and coils NEW and all he did was make sure they worked then charged me the full amount without replacing any of them. do not waste your time. Do not waste your money you will most likely get a bad deal from this guy I promise.

Took my car in Feb for a air valve issue, brought the parts in because I didn't trust myself to do it. Charged me $300~ for labor and called me a few days later to pick it up. Somehow ended up charging me another $300 or $400 something on top. Avoid at all cost, or I guess at more cost because this was horrible. Over $700 for nothing.

If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD. They will lie, manipulate, and guilt trip you. Do NOT ever trust this place! He “fixed” my car June 9th and here it is June 29th and my car is having the same issues. He did not give me a real receipt, he gave me the new customer form that I had to fill out prior to him working on my car. He forced me to pay cash or no service, said his card reader didn’t work. $750 down the drain. Everything about this place screams FRAUD.

Would give zero stars if I could, this place scams there customers and speaks with horrible customer service. The owner himself was telling me to come fight him at his shop and called me every name in the book. We had our vehicle looked at, charged for 800 dollars and our vehicle is still having issues.

I had worst experience with this store and owner. My car had engine sign on and the owner told me he had to change the ignition coil and charged me hefty amount. But within 2 days of the repair the engine sign was on so took my car there again. This time the owner behave rudely however, he agreed to repair it without any cost. He told me to bring my car next Wednesday since “it needed a converter to be repalced” as per him. But eversince I left the store that day, I didn’t see the store opened for single day. When I kept calling, he would either not receive the call or would tell he was gone out to get parts and wouldn’t know how long it will take him to return. I would recommend not to go this store. This guy is a scammer. I made a mistake by looking at the ratings rather than reviews. All the ratings he has righnow is from previous owner.Service: Engine repair

I dont think Dustin reviews should be considered since it's under new ownership. Scammed my wife's family and tribe out of thousands of dollars. Took the money and then took the vehicle to another town and mechanic to do the work without permission. Needless to say the Chickasaw Nation stated they will no longer do business with this establishment and you should beware too. Brett's Auto Repair in Byng is the most reasonable priced, trustworthy and loyal mechanic you'll find in Ada. You can find them on Google. He's worked for DOT, the Air Port, and now Cleet on Police Vehicles. He's a weekend mechanic but he's HONEST, trustworthy and a GOOD mechanic.
