Just Tried To Call About A Replacement, The Lady Was So Hateful And Demeaning To Me, Obviously Not Knowing That MANY DISABLED People Have Issues. Even Had The Nerve To Mock Me Because I Couldn’t Understand Her FastTalk. Extremely Unprofessional And Naturally I Would Never Go Back To ‘Easy Talk’ But Since I’m Paralyzed I Have To. Truly Disgusting And Shameful. Customer Service Skills Should Be REQUIRED When Dealing With Disabled/Disadvantaged And I Know For A FACT U Don’t. I Sure Hope The Federal Govt Isn’t Paying You BC Oversight Is CLEARLY Needed.

My friend went in because his phone wasn't working correctly. He got an upgrade and didn't pay because he had referrals, so it paid for the upgrade. He had some money left over, and he could use it later.

So, I've been with the Easy wireless for almost 2 years. There was the one time that I saw another company on the side of the road and stopped at their little tent and tried their phone and their service, and it did not compare! Everyone in the store is always so helpful at Easy wireless, and I couldn't be more thankful. You guys rock!

Walter is the man, so go see him for the hookup and let him know u seen this post! Always enjoy referring people and tell them I sent u! He's always very helpful and enjoys seeing my lovely face just so I can give him a hard time! Thinking I'm over due for a visit! Lol.. Everyone is very kind and always egar to help!
