“Very friendly service. However, the hot sandwiches and salad quality has suffered recently. The sausage patties are half the thickness. The salads went from using colby jack on some, to using all cheddar. It just doesn't work on chicken and turkey salads.”

I asked if they sold a yardstick or back scratcher so I could reach through my window which was opened about 3" for the heat. Andrea used her fishing rod from her truck to unlock me. “Walmart car side delivery. I appreciate you. I especially appreciate your patience. I am not a fan of Karen's. In fact I tend to stay away from that topic because their own ignorance speaks for itself. However today I was able to experience it 1st hand. This wasn't a Facebook post this wasn't a funny tiktok. This was a woman who was mean for no reason. Evil and irritated before she probably even pulled into a parking space. She waited for her groceries less than 2 minutes. Yet was still able to complain to 3 employees That were running back-and-forth to make sure everyone was accommodated. She didn't receive the email that her order was ready. Not only did she not receive it, it's after 4 and they weren't standing right there with her Flippin groceries. To the Walmart staff...At least this is addressing the pickup staff. You are wonderful! Your patience...your kind words.. your avoidance of her b**** a** attitude did not go unnoticed... don't get me wrong the service is not perfect. I've utilized this many times and yes I've had bad produce and wrong items. But at the end of the day I appreciate someone else doing the shopping so my lazy a** doesn't have to. Keep up the great work.”

“I had to drive to Zanesville for work, I stopped in here to get fuel and something to drink.The gentleman at the counter was friendly and polite and they've got a lot of variety packed into a small store here. If I'm ever down in Zanesville again I will definitely stop in again.”

“I stopped in today around 9:30am-10am to use the restroom and get some diesel fuel. The younger woman with dark hair had the restroom looking “So fresh, and so clean” Not to mention the lobby area was VERY clean and fresh smelling. I had to come back in and to pay for diesel fuel first, and she said to me (while giving me direct eye contact) “I can turn the pump on, and you can come back into pay” That women is a straight shooter !!”
“The employees here are very nice I go here all the time, they are very hard workers at this location and are always very helpful and courteous.. And they always have everything I need.. definitely a plus to have this store in this location.”
