Unfortunately, I would never recommend this place to anyone. On Tuesday, their employees delivered a mattress for my brother. They said they would call us three times, the night before, the morning of, and when they were about 30 minutes from our house. They only managed to call once, when they were 20 minutes away. They hit the ceiling on route to move the mattress to his room and took a chunk out of the ceiling. All they said was "Sorry about that" and left. They didn't even offer to help clean up the plaster all over the stairs. Just the day prior, my dad and brother, who aren't paid professionals, were able to move the old mattress out of the room and out of the house with no problems. We sent an email with evidence of the damage they caused to attempt to get reimbursed for the amount we would need to spend to repair the damage ourselves, and they refused. Terrible customer service and thus would never suggest anyone go to this place.

I am sad to say I'm very disappointed in Sleepy Hollow sleep shop as a senior citizen I saw my adjustable set at a better price but I thought the delivery set up an old set removal was worth the extra. Mary assured me there wouldn't be any problems setting up the set. she even allowed on my receipt no charge if I needed brackets for the setup. after a month's wait when they call to set up delivery I wasn't real sure about set up but as I was waiting for them to arrive I decided I didn't want to use my frame as it was only to hold the headboard the adjustable bed was completely independent of the frame. when I told the delivery team this they called someone and marry called me and rudely saying if I didn't leave the frame on she would charge me $99 for the brackets she already said there would be no charge for. I told them to leave the frame. Later I had a friend look at the cross metal bars that could hit the beds Motors if the frame shifted or maybe a wire. not very safe so I had the frame removed. headboard stands alone with my adjustable bed all safe and sound I won't be going there again or giving them a positive review

Purchased a high end Beauty Rest Mattress. The strap ripped when I went to adjust the mattress on top of the box spring. Sleepy Hollow as well as Beauty Rest will not remedy the issue. Bad customer service as well as a warranty that is useless. Would not recommend purchasing this product

I was very impressed with Cindy the sales associate at the Sleepy Hollow Sleep Shop in Boardman. She was very knowledgeable about the product that I purchased and promotions that were being offered. I was not sleeping good before my purchase, now I am sleeping great every night for at least 8hours+. Thank You Cindy.

I was able to work with the Howland store from 350 miles away to get my mother a new mattress and adjustable frame and ensure she felt safe coming into the store during Covid. They were very easy to deal with over the phone and through e-mail and helping getting to a right selection. And I feel confident with them going into doing the delivery and set up at my mother's house.
