So y'all need to change the store hours on Google and on the door ?. Just blew my whole day, I really needed to buy a new phone before work and nobody is there one of the few locations that's "open"at an early hour on Sunday but no one is there VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If you're not open on Sunday make that clear ??♀️ (South Ave, Youngstown Ohio)

Bought a new phone from this South Avenue location. They promised me they had transferred all of my photos and contacts from the old phone to the new phone. They did not! They told me the phone was still updating and would complete the process after I left the store. Once again not true. Very disappointed with the staff and the service. Maybe it's time to leave Metro PCS. Only been with them for 15 years or more..
