I purchased a sectional in March of 2013. I recently realized that the center spring had popped. I called the company. Explained what happened, when I purchased it and that I couldn't find the receipt. They picked up that section of the couch. Repaired it and brought it back. All at NO COST to me. I will buy all my furniture from this place from now on. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
