Called first thing in the morning. Was put on hold, transferred, put on hold transferred, over and over until the same woman on their end said, "well, they're either busy with a customer or on lunch break."Zero customer service ?

Not only do they want you to check yourself out but they only have one bag size for your purchases and it's small. I purchased 4 outdoor wall mount fixtures for my house and some furnace filters - only one of the fixtures fit in the bags available. Three trips from my detached garage to the house - perhaps they think I have a shopping cart in my garage?

The website indicates there are items in stock but when you order them for pick up the order is cancelled saying they aren't in stock. The reason is because the outdoor/garden department will not get the "in stock" items from the storage about the bays. Very bad customer service in this department. I've had several issues with this and have always had to go to Home Depot down the street.

This is a Lowe's. Have you heard of Lowe's? Sure you have. It's like The Home Depot, but less orange and more blue. There really isn't much else to say. Once upon a time, every town had a local hardware store, and now we have this.

When you can't find what you need elsewhere you can almost guarantee you'll find it at Lowe's. Quick in and out for the few items we needed but I of course strolled the Halloween and Christmas aisles! I do always find it interesting when employees are just standing around when they could be on a register ringing people out instead of self check outs.

The staff is very helpful and the management steps in when staffing levels are low due to slow times. The store is clean and well stocked and they are polite.

Ordered my washer...Lowe's said the delivery service will call the night before to schedule. Well, it was a recording and I tried to call the number (they gave in the automated msg) to get the later window, and I waited for and hour and a half until I hung up. Called Lowe's...they gave me a different number. I called that and the representative said she did not know when the next window was. I told her if I was 8-1 clearly it could be figured out. Finally...I called a rep again, decided to cancel and reschedule. Well fast forward to today...My window was 8a-12pm...When 11:30 came, I called for an ETA and they said around 2hrs. Called the rep again when that time came up and they said one stop then me,but I would get a 30 min call prior.Well I didn't get a call.They showed up at 2:35. Hooked up my new washer, but Ccouldn't take my old washer because it had water in it. I said for as long as I wzited,waited, could take the water out, it wasn't half full, more like 1/4 full. Would not have took no more time than the time wasted today waiting. I couldnt reschedule to a later time on the same delivery date...but my SCHEDULED time was pushed into a different bracket...make it make sense.Lowe's may say it's third party, it's not their fault. But if you hire a person to do a service in your company, it is YOUR BRAND on the line. I am very disappointing in Lowe's and planned on buying the dryer this weekend, now I'm rethinking. Nia S.
