I called him up asking for an estimate and he was lower than the other guys. I was surprised he offered to come by and pick up the device. He fixed it and got my iPad back to 100%. My iPad’s charging port was broken and the screen was cracked. Fast and friendly. Will use this service again if I need any mobile device repaired. Thanks!

Excellent service, professional, and quotes for prices and promised times are pretty accurate. I wasn’t sure if my iPhone 13 could be saved - one night it was on my kitchen countertop when I opened the cabinet and a ceramic mug flew out from the top shelf, hitting my phone hard and shattering the screen to the point where I could not use facial recognition or my passcode to unlock it. After a quick Google search, Boardman Phone Repair answered my phone call right away when I called after work the next day and was confident they could fix it. We arranged for my phone to be picked up from home the next morning and I was told the screen would not be a genuine Apple screen. I was also told that it would be pricey (the phone wasn’t insured and the parts aren’t cheap). The next morning, they came to my apartment to pick up my phone, took it back for the repair, and dropped it back off to me all within a span of 2 hours - it was so convenient not having to leave my home and having my phone returned to me as if nothing ever happened at all! The repair cost that I was quoted was exactly what I ended up paying - everything was as expected and I had the choice of paying with cash or card. I highly recommend this business for being so professional, efficient, and quick to repair my phone. I’m so grateful they were able to help me get back up and running!

Quick service. First time I called told me $100. Then told $130. Ended up demanded $150. Screen works but has some laggy issues and not as precise clicks as before. Nice that he’s open late.

I had my iPhone 6 S Plus cracked screen and battery replaced in Pittsburgh by a national repair shop chain. It worked for about a month, then the screen started to flicker, then eventually went blank. I took it back there to see what they could do, and they said it would power up for about a second, then go blank. They said it was probably a motherboard issue, and they couldn't fix it.I was in Youngstown to visit my Mom so I contacted Boardman Phone Repair to see if they could salvage my phone. As they don't have a physical location, I met the owner, Mustafa at a predetermined location to drop my phone off. He tried it with a new screen and battery, even though I just had a new screen and battery put in a month ago.I am happy to report that the phone is back up and running just as well as ever. Mustafa got it repaired with a short turnaround time.Definitely give Boardman Phone Repair a try if you need a phone repair.

Convenient drop off and pickup in public location. Screen replacement for iPhone was performed within an hour. The price was significantly better than two other local repair shops.

My iPhone 11 Charging port was damaged. He put a new one in and it worked for like a week and then started having issues again. Also he leaves himself google reviews on your phone while he has it without permission and who knows what else he could be doing on your phone while he has it. That is super unprofessional in my opinion.
