This purchase was done over the phone, internet and texts and could not have been any easier. Product greatly exceeded our expectations upon pick up. I was inside the dealership maybe ten minutes and we were finished. Flew in from Illinois and all the paperwork was completed and awaiting my signatures. Salesman, Jeremy Metz was very accommodating and quite helpful. Would absolutely recommend both this dealership and salesman for any purchase. Worst sales department I have ever seen. Ordered two new company trucks in December 2021. Called multiple times and asked the head salesman Justin to call Ford and check in to see what the holdup was. He was unsuccessful never giving me a straight answer so I decided Ford myself and do some investigating. I found out that there were errors on the dealership end and my orders will not be fulfilled. So now I’ve picked a different Ford dealership and re-ordered my trucks. Such a waste of time. If you are looking for custom order trucks I would Recommend Fairway Ford in Canfield Ohio they have been a pleasure to work with.

Great company to drop off heavy duty service vehicles including my 2000 7.3 which they were able to diagnose problems and keep it at a reasonable rate.

Had to have the rear pinion seal replaced on my Motor Home. Took it to Allstate Ford on the 13th and the work was completed on the 20th. Donnie in the service department took it right in. Gave me great service. Highly recommend anyone with a mechanical issue on a Class A Motor Home take it to Allstate Ford and Donnie.

Fords are the worst car ever I have a ford fiesta 2011 and it's been giving us nothing but trouble I'd advise everyone to not go to ford. They are rude and dont care about their cars they only care about money.
