When I hear a noise that isn’t normal, Jim and his team are always willing to take our Rav 4 for a drive and listening for that noise. Very knowledgeable! We, also, have Jim’s Auto change the oil on both of our vehicles and done efficiently and quickly.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Great prices, friendly service, super communication throughout andy vehicle was completed on time. Has never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Helped to educate me on my vehicle but not talking down to me. It's awesome to have a local honest and talented mechanic shop here is Wooster. We have sent many friends to Jim's auto and will continue to do so!
