Mark was awesome and a genuine fur expert! I came in for an appraisal and he spent almost an hour with me explaining differences in furs and what to look for when purchasing a fur. From his expertise, you can tell he’s spent his life in the business. My wife decided to make a purchase that she’s very happy with. We’re fortunate to have someone with so much expertise in this field in the Cleveland area. We plan to utilize their cleaning service and their fur storage vault this summer. Great local business. Will be back soon!

very disappointed ,took a coat in for repair, after a minute of examining ,inform the coat was unrepairable then suggested that the coat was made wrong from the beginning,no thank you,were is weisse furs from alaska.

We have been frequenting Vollbracht's for about 10 years now and it is the absolute best place to buy a fur. Mark (the owner) is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have bought several items over the years and just recently I bought a new fur coat for my wife. Yelena was so helpful while my wife tried on different coats. She brought us several coats and explained the details of each. Real personal service you don't find at many stores. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything here. I highly recommend this store. This is a real furrier with real furrier experience. Top notch!

Love this store. We have purchased several jackets both women’s and men’s over the years and every experience has been wonderful. The owner is very experienced and will help you in every way to get exactly what you want and ensures a perfect fit. They will even store the Fur jackets in a climate controlled environment over the summer. You can’t go wrong here, the selections they have are of the best quality for the money In the states.

Mark did a fantastic job bringing old furs new life by refashioning them as linings for raincoats. He was easy to work with and creative in designing the new coats. I highly recommend!
