Wasnt the best experience. Only got half deposit back at end of lease. NO cameras in parking lot and the owner is a grumpy old man who patrols the parking lot and wants to charge you for a car port.

Lied about the terms of the agreement, saying the deposit was refundable, changed the duration of the lease, and when I didn't even sign a lease they refused to return the deposit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AZ

Very bad attitude very rude and nonchalant. Never return calls nor emails very rude. Wouldn’t recommend moving here the website is never updated with the correct and when u ask they either don’t have an answer or get smart. They all need to be fired for better attitudes makes you not even wanna move in ANY AZ management places

Scheduled a tour 3 days from when I called. I show up for the tour and they call me to tell me that someone has moved in since. Did not reach out to contact me beforehand. Did not show up at all. Did not respect my time and blew me off

My wife and I manage over 100 Leases in Central and North East Ohio for a non-profit organization. We leased 2 properties from AZ Management this month in Shaker Heights and the process was fair and relatively smooth. It is nice to work with people that care about and get to know their tenants, as that is unfortunately not always the case. A big shout out to Katheryn Miranda for going above and beyond to meet our needs.

Absolute worst management i ever experienced. Extremely rude unprofessional staff. Colonial Club building on Newman has roach issue.

They are very good to their employees! 5 of their Properties are very close to Lakewood Park and Edgewater Park, with great access to Downtown!

My windows don’t even open they are painted shut, I reach out to get it fixed and months go by. I wish I didn’t move into this place, the carpets come up, the drawers and cabinets are broken. It’s just awful.

My daughter is a resident of an apartment complex ran by AZ management located on Chagrin Blvd . She has been forced to bring her girlfriend to my home to work from home the apartment complex was not wired for WI-FI and internet after the remodel, they have failed to deliver ! She has a washer that brings up water in her unit when using it along with multiple work order issues. I am an accomplished property manger with 13 years of experience and would have not allowed this to occur. The customer service provided by the manger is poor and uncaring. I am asking to be contacted back regarding my daughters issues. I have submitted a report on the website and no one has reached out! At this point I am looking at a false advertisement claim, had they have known they would not have been able to work from home they would not have selected that complex.

We rented an apartment from AZ management opta Fairmount circle, and we have been very pleased with the unit. The building is cleaned regularly by a very nice lady who keeps the laundry, common areas and garage very clean. The only problem is packages that are delivered to the building and tenants don’t pick them up. Maybe there should be a rule and packages disposed of after some time.

Management needs to utilize an emailing system to notify tenants instead of papers in doors. It’s too old school for this day and age. If I’m not home to receive the paper, then I simply won’t be notified and I have a right to know when my apartment is being accessed, even when I’m not home for a few days. Please also provide more sufficient notice for entry. Dropping off the notice at 5pm for 9am-5pm the next day isn’t reasonable.

Receiving my keys was a headache. Although the leasing agent is really sweet and helpful, their system of communication is flawed in reaching out to tenants or vice versa. Was at the building to pick up my keys and was told that I was not present when I was waiting in the back for several minutes, then up to the front, in hopes that she was there. Was then told to walk through the rain to pick up my keys three buildings down… Actually getting into my apartment, it was ok. A stain was still visible on the carpet, the fridge does not work (can’t keep anything cold), kitchen drawer falls out, and window will not close shut, letting in cold air. Submitted work orders but my main concern was the window as it is getting cold. Called early in the morning to give enough time for maintenance to come by, with it not even being relayed to the property manager. Had to call again late afternoon to get an update and find out that he was not notified, but will try to get someone by today. Hopefully my experience with WJM Cedar improves, but from the looks of it, I don’t have high hopes.
