The bank associate was all right kind of helped us with what was going on but the bank itself their terms and conditions are a robbery they will let you overdraft and keep overdrafting until you are owing them thousands of dollars

Had a transaction with Chelsea today, she had messed up on my account (she was by far the most rude and unpleasant one to work with from there, by far) and when I had gone back, she was gone and the ladies working couldn’t reverse the transaction in any way. With her being the manager, I would expect her to be there to oversee operations but apparently that had failed. The other ladies were kind and tried to help me any way they could but their manager screwed them over, as well as myself. People like Chelsea shouldn’t hold the position she does if she can’t be dependent to do her job correctly.

In the past,we've had nothing but issues from this branch,but,today we received the absolute best customer service from Dawn!! She explained things to us and didn't talk down to us. She was amazing and it's nice to see that this branch may finally be straightening out!

If your looking to deposit a check and get out, kiss that dream goodbye as the employees like to stand and talk to their customers for 20 minutes right in front of you. Thank God the other employee got their to assist me.

Woodforest are thieves. I opened an account, and when I went to deposit another check, I learned they had frozen my account without any forewarning! I asked to get a debit card, and they charged me 15 dollars. When I received my next check, and went to deposit it and collect mg card, I learned they had CLOSED my account with 5 dollars in it. I never received my card, either. That's 20 dollars, stolen.

Extremely rude staff at this location. They are very unwelcoming. I will be switching banks because of this.
