Ups has “tried” 3 times to deliver my package. I took off work and sat outside in the 80 degree heat for 4 hours today, just for them to say they missed me and will try again tomorrow. I cannot be here tomorrow. Customer service says there’s nothing they can do. I even waved the guy down and he just waved back at me.
Editing my review because UPS called me back and is sending a driver back out today to deliver. The woman who called me was very kind, and they are making it right. I was simply frustrated after a long couple of days waiting for my package. Thank you UPS for trying your best.

My delivery driver is horrible. He Backs up my driveway, which is 1) stupid because I have animals everywhere. 2)There is a roundabout in my driveway. 3) my driveway is VERY curvy. He also drives so fast that he can't stay on the road and drives in my yard. He touches my personal property, which is a metal sign directing deliveries to my side door, and lays it face down and puts the packages by the front door. Yesterday, I had to retrieve the package from the yard, in the rain, because the wind moved it! I have written instructions in my UPS account for deliveries. I have spoken to several drivers. If he injures any of my animals, he will be facing criminal charges.

Awful that I cannot speak to a real person. The AI says that I cannot be assisted without a tracking number. I don’t have a tracking number, I just need to know if I can do an Amazon Return at the Wilmington, OH facility using my QR code. This is so frustrating. AI is exactly that—Artificial Intelligence, not real intelligence.
Just trying to find out if I can do it at Wilmington, OH or if I need to drive 30 minutes to a Lebanon, OH store. SIMPLE QUESTION!

The drivers pull out in front of traffic too often in the mornings that causes scary moments for the rest of us. Then again, once the workers are leaving for the day, they once again pull out into traffic causing a lot of close calls with wrecks.
