I noticed the salon was empty, I needed my eyebrows waxed. The salon attendant took care of me and waxed my eyebrows beautifully. I will definitely go back!

Michelle in Wilmington, OH was by herself when I walked in. She was working on another lady's hair. She was kind, has a great personality and super patient. She cut my hair the way I wanted it, I got the shampoo, cut and style and I even purchased the shampoo and conditioner she recommended because I like the way it smelled and made my hair feel. I already spoke to her about returning and getting some highlights on my next visit. I give her 5 stars, recommend her and will be returning to her in a few weeks!!!

My stylist, Cassidy was so great. I told her what I wanted, and she delivered it precisely! She was professional and courteous. She took her time, and even went back and trimmed part of my hair once it was dry. The products she used were excellent! She also straightened my hair to perfection (which is not easy for my hair). She called me back at my exact appointment time. I have found a great stylist and I will definitely go back to her. I will recommend this salon and stylist to everyone!
Requested style: My stylist Cassidy had a "wolf" cut and I requested the same and she delivered!
Hair type: My hair is past my shoulders, thick and very course.

Requested style: Approx 2 weeks ago i went somewhere else to take about 1" off my hair because my regular stylist @ Smartstyle was not in that particular day. Bad idea. Not what i asked for. Got what i didnt want. I came in today to have my regular stylist (Chelle) fix my hair. Make it all one length and remove the bulk. Chelle did a GREAT job cleaning up a cut I didn't want, like, or ask for. I learned my lesson! Chelle does an amazing job every time! She is GREAT!!

She hurt him then got snippy with him telling him to sit still. He has had lots of haircuts nobody every scraped him up before.
