When I needed them in an emergency they turned me away despite our dogs being patients there for 12 years. All they needed was an emergency rabies vaccination to travel. I was gob smacked. Turned the entire day into such a stressful situation, fortunately we found a vet willing to help. Obviously Animal Hospital lost us as clients

It seems like every time we board our dog there he comes home sick. Twice with kennel cough and this last time with a very bad case of diarrhea . Also everything is an up charge. We pay them extra to give him a pill. Never going back again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very bad experience at this Vet. Took my dog for a check-up and vaccines on 9/30/2022. Asked about getting him neutered. Wanted to know the cost of the operation. Was told the surgical team would reach out. Didn't receive a communication until 11/2. Only provide dates i could get him in, no info about cost. I called back and advised i would need to know the cost before scheduling. I was told i would get an email. no response. I stopped into the office on 11/3 to let them know i wanted to get this done and could they just tell me the price. Once again told i would get an email from the Surgery coordinator. 11/7, still no response. There is no way i will ever take a pet there in the future. it should take more than 5 weeks to get this type of info. i call two other vets and they were able to quote me a price over the phone within a few minutes. Steer clear of this place, they clearly don't care about their customers

I complained about my dog having a lump on his side in January and every visit after. The could not feel it until I insisted at the last visit. My dog has a large inoperable in his abdominal cavity and only 2 to 3 months to live. I wish the vets would listen when a client tells them something is wrong with their animal.

Had an appointment for 1:30 and got there 15 minutes late! Waited to 3:30p.m. And found out that the receptionist had changed the appointment to 4:30?the last one for the day! That was highly inconsiderate of the receptionist since it was 3:30 p.m. And they did not tell us of this change! If the Animal Hospital wants us back they need to reach out to us with an apology! If they told us that in the first place we would reschedule, but treating us like dirt and having us sit there for two hours is not called for! Stuart Trager

if I could give this place less than one star I would. Please consider taking your pet somewhere where the vets actually can read the records. Walmart Pet RX has made 7 attempts to get them to approve my cats thyroid medicine and they still haven't approved. which is going to delay the blood work needed for an effective reading. Dr. Johnson constantly calls my male cat a female which makes me not trust her ability to read his diagnosis. This place used to be amazing. They became this huge facility and every ounce of skill these vets had went right out the window. I understand there is a staff shortage but the vets have remained the same over the years and it's as if they stopped caring. You would truly have better luck googling how to help your pet since it takes them forever to return your calls. I had to collect a urine sample for my cat. they never told my husband how long I had to do so, and when I called them they said I had one day. I asked them how I was supposed to collect it and the woman told me to use a ladle and catch it then put it in a container and bring it up when I could. that was a nightmare in its own but it was done. The next day my husband brought it up and another woman said it was not usable because we had to use their container to try to catch it in, refrigerate it and we only had 12 hours to get it to them. Yeah collect cat urine in a small container at what 10 pm so you can rush to get it there once it opens?why not, how about you collect the sample with a syringe like all the others do? then they told me I had one day. What a headache. After all of these years, we're getting out of there as fast as we can. which by the way we have to go pick up the records because they're refusing to send them over to the new vet.

Our dog was attacked by a deer in our yard. We walked into this ANIMAL HOSPITAL and told them what happened and that we wanted to get our dog checked out. They said are you a patient, we responded "no" and they said to go to an emergency vet 30 minutes away. I don't think my dog was in any immediate danger but he was coughing and blood splattered when he coughed. He had a visible mark from the deer near his ribs. Our animals will never become a patient at this animal hospital. NO STARS BUT HAD TO PUT ONE IN TO POST

Piss poor care of pet and bed side manner from multiple Vet's at this location: Highly recommend you find another vet. It started with one Vet telling us dog had cancer and we should put her down, went to oncologist and oncologist said no reason to put down, the oncologist recommended mandibledectomy and then chemo, dog is doing fine. Then had to do follow up and vet here had poor bedside and asked in a tone def way how long did they give you, if we listened to vet here our dog would not be around. We gave another chance figuring not all vets here can be that bad and we were wrong as new vet critiqued why have we not gotten teeth cleaned, I am sorry but right now we are dealing with dog that had half the jaw removed for cancer, a teeth cleaning is not top priority. Then we get from Vet that our dog snapped at him, when our dog did not, it was his way of protecting himself because of the way he tried to pick our dog up by the collar. Best advice is find another Vet. Absolutely worst vet experience.

A friend who brings her cats here recommended this practice, and I'm so grateful she did! For the past 2 years, I've been taking my two small dogs here. The staff are always polite, kind and follow up promptly. While staffing shortages & vet shortages are affecting all practices right now around the country, I'm still VERY satisfied with the customer service! Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Dr. Carlson is THE BEST..........she honestly cares about our dog's well being and our dog loves her and so do we. Dr. Carlson goes the extra mile to provide exceptional care. Highly recommend. The staff is also very professional and great to work with.

This is the second time I've had my dogs teeth cleaned here and the service is always above and beyond. Especially this year with COVID precautions everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently with curbside service. Dr. Carlson is the best! Truly an honest veterinarian, not at all pushy on procedures or treatments, and someone I can trust taking care of my pup. I always appreciate the before and after photos they send home during his procedure. Thank you!

Early this morning I called for dog food as my dog has a special diet - had to leave a message. Several hours later I recieved a call back and the food was set aside, I arrived at the vet - 15 calls later and 52 min in the parking lot, no one answered and I left. 45 min later they called to apologize - I came back and was on hold another 15 min. Needless to say this is my last visit here for food. Either they are way understaffed or incompetent. By the way your phone systems suck!!!
