I literally had to go this store three times today because I was not given the right equipment! Fire the whole crew! I just canceled my cable. This whole in store experience makes want to get rid of the internet too.

Manager! You must take action! The waiting time is absurd. Only two people for 15 people. It took me 2 hours just to return my equipment. I will never come back to this place. THINK ABOUT IT IF YOU WANT TO COME HERE. TIME IS VALUABLE AND CANNOT BE WASTED!

from Samsong A32 to a Motorola. Angel Pearson at Whitehall store straightened

Receptionist was fast and got me what I needed, however, she never asked for Id and I was changing my online security pin because I had been scammed when I tried calling customer service. The scammers are so through that they can send out service and even post a fake bill. The lady at billing looked at what I was charged and no reason was listed.

Bad customer service, t
When I was speaking with one of their agents without fully informed me, she subscribed to a monthly plan for 36 months, but she told me with the same price for a month when I said no .so all of the agents in the office they tried to help each other to cover her mistake, and they charged me $50 for cancelation within less than one minute before I left the office. So becarfull and take time before you go to this branch and don't trust the agents.

I walked in to return their boxes. A rep walked up to me and took care of it less than 5 minutes. Then he brought up their cellphones. IM SICK OF HEARING IT. Then they always try to convince you to change ur mind. I HATE IT. NO MEANS NO

The woman who helped me today, named Ángel, was very rude. She didn't want to give me the prices of the phones I asked her. She answered me in a bad way and told me to cancel my account with another phone company and then she treated me in a very bad way and the others two customer service women who were there just looked and didn't tell him anything about how he treated me, I don't know why he works serving people if he doesn't have the ability to do it.
