I am very happy at Sola. I’ve had a salon suite prior at another place for 4 years. I moved to Sola and it’s been way better overall!. I love my space and the building is so nice and clean, parking for the clients is great! My clients even like coming here better! The manager is very attentive and helpful. I’d def recommend any stylist that wants to move or open a salon suite to give Sola a tour.

This has absolutely nothing to do with all the amazing technicians that work there so I want that to be clear on that before I say what I’m going to say.
This has to do with the whole corporation itself. I rented out a suite there from June 2022-April 17th, 2023. Upon leaving, I had in writing that my lease was up and obviously, just like any other rental place, when your lease ends that means rent ends. That was not the case for me.
I save everything and I had no complaints with being a tenant there, I cleaned and kept to my business. If there was ever an issue I made sure it was rectified.
I open my bank account to find Sola took out rent 2 weeks after my lease date ended, totaling $624. When I inquired about this I was basically trying to figure out who would even help me for contact, the CEO Dan was no help and unprofessional, and told me not to message him. Even though he then proceeded to call my phone and text me right after.
The landlord Angel also unsent messages (real professional again), and would not give me any contact information to the financial company who is supposedly now responsible to refund me what was stolen. I even tried looking them up and can barely find anything. It’s very hard to contact anyone I see.
I was not working there after April 17th, and as stated in the email for my lease ending nothing should have ever been taken out of my account. I had to call my bank and dispute it. I now have my account locked and a new card will have to be issued. Very convenient I really appreciate that.
I’m not disappointed if this was a mistake, I’m disappointed and beyond angry, and in disbelief at the lack of accountability for it and to be shushed. This is theft and I am doubtful I will even get a check at this point.
Beware renting at sola. They barely keep the place clean, they have no one renting there probably because of what I just explained above and who knows what else, they are just concerned with whoever they can scam.
Thank you for taking from my 2 year olds mouth. You clearly enjoy this but again, nothing has been fixed and probably won’t.

Mykala and Michelle (Hazel Lee) provides an intimate atmosphere. These women are DEFINITELY about making sure when you walk in you are leaving looking & feeling rejuvenated. The products or should I say their care line is TOP OF THE LINE (THE EQUIPMENT THEY USE ARE HIGH TECH) A PHENOMENAL PLACE TO VISIT TO TAKE CARE THE NEEDS OF PROPER SKIN CARE AND BODY REGIMEN?THANK YOU LADIES ??
