I went thru the Westlake location and never have any issues, it’s a car wash pretty basic stuff but today I was washing a car mat by the pre wash bug station and used the brush for tires NOT the car brush, and a young man comes over and rudely tells me I can’t do that he said if I get debris on the brush it could scratch the car. I told him I clearly was using a tire brush??? If I was wrong just be polite about. I have had 2 memberships since inception and I will be checking out the New Avon Wet Go to spend my money.

I have been a member of this car wash since it open.
A short while back I had a bit of a problem. I spoke to the manager "Ashley L., she was very understanding and helpful. She was very generous and came up with a solution. To take care of the problem that was equitable for both of us.
Also a very gracious and polite individual. Thanks again, ashley and Sergeant clean

I’ve been so impressed by Sgt. Clean. I’m always greeted with a wave and friendly, attentive service. The quality of the wash is very good… it’s not as good as a thorough hand wash but considering you can get unlimited car washes every month for $30 or so, it’s hard to beat! Lots of locations throughout Cleveland. Very happy with my choice to sign up my two cars for monthly packages.

Monthly pass is worth every dime, I love how the employees wave to all the customers. An above average customer service setup for a car wash. This is also one of the only washes that will give you free air fresheners upon request.

I went through the Sgt Clean car wash on Detroit Road in Westlake. I spoke to an associate named Jennifer. The car wash was extremely busy, but she took the time to speak with me. She made me feel like I was her only customer. If I owned a business - I would want Jennifer to represent it! What a completely wonderful experience. This is the only car wash that I will take my car through. Great job!

We had our brand new car washed there 2 days ago. Today, in the bright sunlight I see long scratches in all 4 of our side windows and in the posts next to the windows!
