Ben is amazing! I chose my first pair of glasses with another consultant and didn’t like the fit or weight when they came in. When I went back to exchange, Ben bent over backwards to help me find a pair that I’d love - going as far as to extend my return date so I could select from new frames coming in at the end of the week. He is a joy to see and incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you so much, Ben!
