Be sure to look up Jill’s interviews on youtube. You will get a sense of what they are all about. Friendly, and fast service. They stay with you every step of the way. Being a novice investor I was very nervous getting into the self directed realm of IRA. But they have been supper supportive all the way. Jadyne is truly fantastic.

The online portal is outdated. The customer service is nothing to write home about and the fees are high. They even charge you a fee to leave! When I asked about the "transfer out" fee the rep was short and responded with "oh well, that's fine" when I mentioned leaving a review about my bad experience. That's how much they care about their customer service.Be sure to read your contract before signing up with them! Check other reviews about their fees too. I'm glad I transferred my investments over to IRAR Trust Co.

Jennifer is the most recent iPlanGroup professional I have worked with. As is true of others in the company, she knows how to correctly treat my investments. This last LLC was a bit trickier but Jennifer took care of it properly.

I moved my account from M2 Trust services to iPlan Group about 1 year ago and am I ever glad I did! I was so unaccustomed to hands on help and speaking to a live person but that changed immediately. I have worked directly with Whitney Kauffman the COO on numerous occasions and she has always been so friendly and helpful along with other teammates at iPlan right up to the President Jill Banner.
