These guys are best in Cleveland area for euro mods and maintenance. Hands down. From the receptionist, service advisor, and mechanics to the owner. A+ customer service and results.

It makes clear sense that HS TUNING has an almost perfect 5 star review.... the owner Jeff is quite simply: a kind hearted hard working, really hard working, car loving person. I honestly look forward to stopping by their shop....I would add Jeff the owner has an eye for hiring the best employees possible. They are all amazing here......i will buy Audis hopefully for the rest of my life just so I don't have to find another car shop BC this shop is truly special....if I could 6 STAR I would.....the pricing is beyond fair and half of what dealerships charge or other "German" car places charge and sometimes more than a 1/3 of the price other owners tell me they have paid for similar issues.....i recommend to every Audi/VW/Porsche car loving person I meet....The staff has always been fantastic....above the standard is the norm here.

i have been buying my parts for a 2019 volkswagen jetta from this business within the past year and also started doing routine oil changes with them as well. Jeff, the owner welcomed me on one of my visits and that says a lot considering the busy nature of the business. and my man Matt at the front desk is always helpful, knowledgable, and detailed with every explanation for my questions. i trust them over Volkswagen of North Olmsted where i used to get all of my maintenance done at. i plan on bringing all of my cars up here for the foreseeable future.

I’ve went here twice now both for transmission work. Besides typically being behind had no issues. Unfortunately this time around they sent me home with a blown wheel bearing. Didn’t seem to care much about how dangerous it could have been. They paid for it to be replaced obviously. Also unplugged my dash cam after 2 days of sitting in shop, claimed for privacy but I have a hard time believing that. Both clutch jobs have been great and I get mistakes happen but the way they handled it was not greatest.

Time and time again, over the last 15 or so years, HS Tuning has been here for me to do whatever I need. They always deliver and the results always exceed expectations. Bravo! Way to keep killing it!

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and I think all came from dealerships. This is the only Euro shop in Cleveland area I would trust with my car!

If you need work of any kind done to your German vehicle, this is the place to go! Staff gave me a great price on a new RSR clutch install on my GLI. Super pleased with the process and communication along the way, these guys know their stuff when it comes to VWAG cars. Will be back for any future work that needs done!
