Lou spent over an hour with me and helped me to find just the right pair of shoes for my plantar fasciitis.
The staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and wants the best for your feet. If you work in healthcare, this is the place to get your shoes for all day comfort!
They also have really awesome gear, socks, running accessories, and clothing. You will be happier after visiting Fleet Feet Westlake!

I never had any intention on stopping in to a store like feet fleet. However, my son has been having issues with his flat feet causing pain in other areas in his leg and he had a football game in the evening and did not want to be in pain for the game. We looked into inserts for his cleats and came across feet fleet. The workers there worked fast and were so nice. We came in right away and was able to get his feet scanned and see what was going to work best. He instantly loved how they felt. Ended up walking out of there with two pairs of inserts, fitted socks, and a new pair of shoes. Overall would go back. Thank you

I wish I could give Joe higher than 5 stars, he was FANTASTIC! He was so personable, so helpful, and informative! He was quick and efficient but still able to get me the perfect shoes and insoles!
