I had a great experience at Uptown pharmacy! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly. They also have really convenient hours, so it's easy to find a time that works for me. Highly recommend!

We have been patients of Uptown Pharmacy for many years. Uptown Pharmacy is the best pharmacy ever! They care about their patients and go above and beyond anything needed! Several years ago our little grandson was visiting from out of town. He developed an ear infection. His mother, a pediatrician, called Uptown Pharmacy to call in a prescription for him. She said Uptown Pharmacy was so very welcoming and helpful in with getting a prescription for our grandson.Today, my Dr. asked me if Uptown Pharmacy had Paxlovid because many of the area smaller pharmacies did not. I said yes indeed they do, because they filled my Husband’s RX for Paxlovid yesterday! My Dr. was very impressed!Uptown Pharmacy is the best! Everyone of your employees are amazing and so very helpful and friendly!! Thank you! We love you all!!!!

Cute little shop/pharmacy. Older style. Do not expect this to be like an automated pharmacy pickup because it's not. Real people with nice customer service.

The staff here is amazing. I went in for vaccinations and everyone that helped me were very professional, helpful, and kind. Took care of me and and were so kind to my daughter. I will definitely be back.

I had a mixed bag experience, as a first time customer no one really greeted me when I came in, they may need put a bell on the back entrance so they know when someone comes in. The females I interacted with though were friendly and I was happy that I was able to get my crutches at a great price. The knee scooter they initially offered for a rental was not rental ready and needed to be cleaned. The second one looked better but the right handle brake didn’t function properly. The man who went to get the first scooter wasn’t very friendly to me or his colleague. Maybe he had a bad day. Based on my experience if you are coming for medication you’re probably good, rental scooters not so much.

I called the pharmacy to ask a question on 12/29 at 1pm. A pharmacy tech answered. She said she couldn't hear me so I adjusted the phone and asked again if she could hear me. She said no and hung up on me. Funny that she could hear me well enough to answer the question. I don't reccomend this pharmacy if you're interested in being treated with basic respect.

Got my vaccine at Uptown today. I am terrified of needles and they made me as comfortable as possible. Excellent staff and they helped me through something very difficult. My anxiety got me overheated and dizzy just after. They got me a water and made sure all was good! Highly recommend Uptown if you need to get your vaccine still
