I have been a member for over 3 years & used to vary my stops between Sawmill, 23N & Westerville locations. I slowly started to prefer Westerville but in the last couple weeks the staff disappeared, I skipped tanning bc the associates seemed stressed out bc they are often alone now. I don't like to feel like i can't ask to tan, or for any reason. So I won't say it's their fault they are having bad attitudes bc it looks like their night is hard already. It's like suddenly a different place. I'm leaving 5 stars but will change to 3 soon if they can't get them help

The floors were not swept which is not typical for a Planet Fitness in my experience. This was my first visit here. I will see next time.

The much maligned Planet Fitness doesn't deserve the hate it receives. I have been working out for years and have been a member at a pretty serious gym, they raised their price so I switched to Planet Fitness and I have been pleasantly surprised. Clean, friendly, and you can get a great workout. Does it have all the weight you need to go straight forward, no. The dumbbells only go to 75 and no free weight bench or squat. If that's what you're looking for, wrong place but you can get a great workout here. I do a combination of dumbbells and machines and have gotten a workout just as good as I did before. If anything it's gotten me to expand my workout to incorporate new things. All said I really like it so if you're looking to save some money and know what you are doing don't be afraid to join Planet Fitness. It's a fantastic place for beginners and long time lifters

Why is there no one at the desk on a Monday around lunch !? Is there really only one person working!? I counted about 75 people in the gym but no one working!!! Phones are ringing and no one is here to answer.
Sign that says scan in and will be back but I come to tan and been waiting here for 30 minutes and no one is coming.
Edit to add: since I can not respond to the "Owners" reply to contact the manager..
I did call and the person answered said he was the manager and did not seem to care. Sad. Attached note that was left but was not back momentarily and everyone had to just leave

Waited 30 min to use hydromassage because no attendant available. When he finally showed up after I called a different location and they called the district manager, he did not apologize

We visited as a family to inquire about a subscription. However, we waited for an overly pompous staff member who took his time acknowledging us. Eventually, we left without being attended to, as he seemed preoccupied with everything but his job. With staff like this, I would be hesitant to return; if something were to go wrong, I fear they’d be too busy to offer any assistance.

1 star due to this young red head lady with glasses and severe acne who wouldn't let you use massage equipment when you ask 15 minutes before the gym is closed. 5 stars for the other guys (male staff so far) who let you use the massage equipment even 10 minutes before the gym is closed.

One of the cleaner options for Columbus area Planet Fitness locations. Unfortunately I did not feel safe at this gym after being followed into the locker room by 2 men. Women beware if you frequent this location!

This place is very nice only giving a 4 because the tanning rooms don't seemed to be cleaned after every use, specifically the stand ups. Other than that, the staff is nice and everything else is clean

This used to be the best gym in the area. Large facility, considerate patrons, great equipment. However, the patrons of the gym have become less clean and considerate. They do not clean the equipment after use and they "hog" multiple machines and other equipment. And then, they ask if I'm almost finished with the equipment I'm using. Meanwhile, the employees are at the front desk on their phones not paying attention.

I always love coming to this PF it is always very clean, and everyone is so friendly. They also have very good tanning beds.
