We have used diesel injection service on a regular basis for years. We have bought injectors from the shop and sent in injectors to be tested there. The prices are good. The wait is way too long for most class 8 common rail injectors to be tested.The main reason for the 2 star rating is due to their current COVID policy of making customers stand outside and call into the store for service. It takes longer and is inconvenient and I don’t imagine it’s safer than letting people in the store. It definitely doesn’t make you feel like a valued customer. I can’t imagine it does anything to prevent the spread of COVID. If anything it seems less safe. The people that come out to help aren’t wearing masks, aren’t separated from the customer by a counter or shield, you also have to hand the credit card to the employee to take into the store to run it. If it was an in store transaction you could run the card yourself without handing things back and forth. For example the card or clipboards and pens for signatures. I personally won’t be going back until this policy changes. Our company will find more customer friendly places for our business. And if we find a better long term solution won’t ever come back.

Great service, great people. My only problem is they have a sign with the word deliveries spelled "deliverys" and have not changed it despite multiple comments. It really doesn't change my opinion on the business but it does make you appear to be incompetent.

I have never written a review but this has to be known. I took my 6.0 in for a sticking starter. They replaced it with one from Alliant Power. While it was in there I asked them to check my ball joints because I was getting some uneven wear and I wanted to change them myself. I got the truck back with news that my front end was tight and starter was replaced. I drove the truck home and walking away from it there was some wiring hanging from the bottom that I had to take the truck back for them to hook up. I also went to get new tires and Big-O-Tires told me all four ball joints were loose. This leads me to believe that they don't know what a tight front end is or they never even looked at it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They ended up voiding my warranty on the starter as well because I took the truck to someone else after all these issues with them.

Got our vehicle "fixed" came out worse then when I left it there, on top of that they charged me 4 grand and can figure out what the problem is.
