This company used to provide efficient, top-notch service for purchasing medical supplies for a provider office, but since merging with AmerisourceBergan they provide nothing but headaches. Their billing system is atrocious and they only want to set facilities up for auto pay even though their invoicing system has been proven to have flaws with no accountability on their part when they are pointed out. I would not recommend this company.

Easily one of the best places I've ever worked or have been a part of. Everyone who works there truly cares about people and making the world a better place. It feels like one big happy family every single day.

Very good service. Orders are sent the very next day, other non-refrigerated units mat take up to weeks at a time if supply is short. They carry good supplies though, customer service is great, very professional and friendly, we have been with them for years and rarely ever have any problems. When we do, its taken care of promptly. Their packaging is also good.
