Absolutely outstanding! My car was overheating on the way past the Hammerhead shop, I pulled in and within minutes they identified the issue was a coolant leak in a system that needed replacement. Despite it already being 1:30 on a Friday afternoon, they had the parts in and the job finished by 4pm to get me back on the road for the weekend. Can't thank them enough! Amazing service and work.

Wonderful service!! knickerbockers had my car for 5 mths stating they couldn't find a fuel pump to fit it. Called Hammerhead they had it fixed in 3 days for a great price!! Would highly recommend this place for all your auto needs!! Very honest and reliable!Thank you John and employees for fixing my Mercedes and getting me back on the road!

I had a nail in my tire and needed it plugged. I went to another a name brand tire place to have it plugged and they refused to do it. Said I needed four new tires. I asked if they could replace the tire that had a nail in it and they said no... insisted I buy four new tires. When I refused to buy the tires, they sent me on my way... with a nail still in the one tire. I went to Hammerhead and not only did they plug the tire. They did it for free. No run around. No trying to sell me something I didn't need. Just good old-fashioned, professional service with a handshake and a smile. I know where I'll take my business the next time I need work done on my car. Thanks, Hammerhead!!!

Stay away~! Called for a simple estimate, as I live in Michigan but was going to fix my Granddaughter's car for her. Never got a call back, & when I called at 10 till 5 pm, guy got super rude with me. He wanted the car lic plate number or vin number for a simple Wheel bearing. I told them the year & car. I said I don't know her info like that. He said he had to have it. I said I have never heard that before and could he please just give me a round about estimate as I was sure they have done similar work. I said I just need to know what to expect. He said and I quote "We are NOT going to be able to do business with you~!" What the??? I said are you kidding, he said "No it just sounds like from the start that won't want to do any work with you." I said "Well Okay then, Good Flipping bye..." While sort of laughing because I have never heard of a garage acting this way. Don't give your money to these people. They do not give a hoot about you or your issue. Too big for them britches it seems... Boss best retrain someone working there. Ya I will be leaving this review everywhere as I am from that area. Want to warn everyone, look elsewhere. Must be high dollar too boot. Cannot give a simple estimate. Shameful.
