this company went out of their way to help me, and I thank them for that but ultimately the repossession people they use stole my car while speaking to me with my belongings in it and proceeded to steal thousands of dollars worth of work equipment when they got it back to the dealership I’m a contractor for the record and this dealership would not give them up and chose to protect them. I’ll warn u once do not do it

Racist,me and my friend tried to get a title notarized for a personal car sale,1st thing the owner did was accuse my friend of owing her money and she said to him she remembered his "oriental face"...extremely disrespectful,would never do business at this establishment,what could have been a easy transaction turned into feeling like we were accused of some type of potential fraud or shady business because of a signature mistake made on the title...the issue was easily resolved at the local BMV with no problems

So been a while but put 1400 down on a car witch sadly wasnt a down payment somehow it was added to price of car.Made my payments even after it rusted through. When I owed 1600 left I went to make another payment and it went to 2400 I said nothing and went to pay again and I was at 3000. I let my car go cause I wasn't paying 7000 for a car that I was told I'm paying 5k for. Was the lady nice yes was I wronged yes. Your better off finding one online and fixing it.

Took my car in to have it fixed, they tried to steal my car saying I abandoned it there. They attempted to file for an abandoned car title so they could take my car. Crooks! And I tell everyone!

I think this woman is an amazing sales woman. She's very honest, caring and respectful. I had just recently purchased a vehicle from her and we ran into a few problems with it, she has a scheduled date to have it fixed right up for me. Nothing out of my pocket ❤️ I'll be sure to come back for my next vehicle when it's time.

Bought a 2003 Ford explorer red with tan interior (description so you don't end up buying it and going through the same headache) I had it for a year with problems from the start. It was in the shop for it's first repair the first week I had it. Total of 5 times being repaired and without a car for a week or more each time. Also lied to me about the down payment. I put $1500 down and it wasn't even factored into the price of the car. I spent $5000 in payments on the car. Still owe another $4400. Car is currently sitting back in their garage, broke down. They won't be getting another penny from us. The place looks like a junk yard instead of a car lot, and that's what it is, junk!!Save your money, get some exercise and walk, take a cab, but whatever you do don't buy a car from here!!

I would highly recommend Norja motor sales LLC to anyone and everyone. There mechanic is very knowledgeable, The sales rep Debbie is absolutely a wonderful and very easy to get along with. I had fallen on hard times and lost my job and I called and talked to Debbie and kept a regular update and paying what I could when I could and Debbie worked with me the whole time. Now if you try to play games Norja doesn't play around. But if you work with them they will work with you. I am more then happy with my purchase as I have had absolutely no problems out of my car at all. Prices are great, mechanic is great, Debbie is great and the payments and down payment is always fair and great. No one would work with me and I thought I was screwed. But Debbie didn't bat an eye to give me a chance and help me. If you want a car lot u can trust, go to Norja and ask for Debbie and tell her Nick sent you. Good luck and thanks again Norja Motor Sales LLC- in Washington courthouse, Ohio and thank you Debbie if you ever see these comments.PS... If someone is leaving a bad comment guaranteed they tried to play games with Norja and didn't make there payment or talk to anyone and got there vehicle repo cause Debbie is a wonderful woman but I wouldn't recommend trying to play games with her or to dip and dodge cause its not a game you will win lol.
