I had a great experience with this tow service. Scott was very helpful and priced the tow service appropriately. He was fast, efficient, and kind! I was out of town and he towed my broken down car on the highway to a local auto repair shop. I was thankful he was professional and helpful. He took care of my car and did the job great. Thank you!

Price gouging theives. Dude threatened me over giving hjm a bad review saying it would be bad for me not him and then proceeded to get loud and make a scene after I asked him if he's threatening me and told him I don't think it will hurt me(my reputation) to say what I have to say on social media and Google ratings. What I had a problem with was him trying to charge me 300 for something he quoted someone else 75 for. They did this so they could steal my car. Don't do business here these guys run crooked deals and are dishonest.

Terrible communication, made a hassle out of everything. The manager was a really unprofessional. Cause several scheduling conflicts and add stress. I would not recommend wasting your time with them.

They are unprofessional and lack integrity. They said it will be a couple days to repair the car. The insurance company sent me the money to send them. One week later, they said the it will be more money because they found more damage. So I extended the rental and the insurance paid them electronically for the extra repair. Went to pick it up, and because the insurance check said "pending" on their computer, they said they can't let me have the car. It is as if they are afraid an large insurance company payment was not going to go through. Insurance said they never had this issue with a repair shop. If they send it by check it will be over a week later, so they paid me to pay them and extended my rental,again. I explained to them I understand they close at 4:30, but I will be 5 minutes late getting there from work. They said thats fine and they will wait. I get there and I hand them my debit card. They said they will charge me 4% of the bill to use the card or I can get a check(it was a lot of money). They never told me until this point about this charge. I explained where I live and I can be right back and they agreed to wait. I go back and they are getting in their cars to leave. They say that they closed shop, I was too late, and I cannot have my car back. They went on to say that because my wife was upset about the dedit card charge, not telling us about needing a check to avoid the charge, he will now only accept a cashier check from me. I now have to be late to work to get a cashire check to get my car back because that was their way of retaliating from us being upset over their lack of communication. Save yourselves the hassle and avoid them.

We were involved in an accident and we decided to use quality collision cuz we've used them before in their service is pretty great ladies in the office are wonderful and Scott out in the shop and he's great good honest guy

Mandy was great worked with me and the situation at hand! The owner actually did the work himself on the car and it looks great!! The experience there was superb couldn't have asked for better customer service!!! Thats what most places are lacking, not here though!!! Thanks guys

in october i was coming home and hydroplaned, destroying the front passenger side of my car. they took my car in ASAP, even though ASAP was in december (not shocked or surprised, part of the review!). they started working on it immediately, providing updates as they went along. they did such EXCELLENT work on my boy. you cant even tell anything happened to him, and the paint matches perfectly. they were so completely understanding with us- i had to pick my car up on my lunch so we did a once over and i left. we discovered 2 tiny missing parts that took them no time to apply, they were still apologetic and helpful, ready to fix it even though we didnt catch it before leaving. ive had my car since before christmas, and he runs just as good as he did when i bought him. quick and efficient service is one thing, and quick and efficient service with a smile and willingness to help will get you so much further. i am absolutely blown away by the Class A repair job done to my car. will absolutely suggest and recommend these kind people to anyone, genuinely. thank you so so so much for fixing my subie ?Services: Wheel alignment
