Purchased a 5000 watt generator dual fuel model. Paid 11000 watt generator price i found out as i went to return it because of a malfunction it had. Tthey did not want to give me my money back but did after charging me a $250 restocking fee and manager said he knew i purchased that unit as he helped open the box in my truck a week ago. Avoid at all cost. I had even asked directly if there was a restocking fee. I was told no its a no hassle 90 day return. 30 days to upgrade was what was stated to me!

This is the best Harbor Freight location by far. The store is always clean and the employees are eager to assist you. I drive way out of my way to go to this store. Anything to stay out of the stores in Columbus where the stores are filthy, and the employees are too busy dealing with all of the homeless people stealing tools.
