I was five miles down the road with two trailer tires blown and rims ruined. I showed up an hour before they close up shop and they had the rims mounted with tires already. Highly recommend

Called 10 min B4 closing and explained that we were traveling from out of state and needed tires balanced. Serviced our vehicle first thing the next morning. We were on the road before 9am. Great shop with great people! Thank you for being a blessing to our family.Highly recommend.

My trailer had a tire blow out in the afternoon , no RV companies would take me in so close to closing. I asked for a spare tire swap so I could get on the road and Barker's said yes, after taking them my rig I realized I needed more than just the spare replaced- they slotted me in, changed all my tires and got me back on the road even though it meant they needed to stay after closing.

Quality and speed of service have declined significantly. A couple years ago, they did work for us several times and we were really happy with them. In the last year we had a couple instances of low quality work and decided not to use Barkers anymore. But after an emergency tow and Barkers being the closest, my car is there again.
They've had my car for a month. I've been told several variations of "So-and-so has been working on it, but he's not in right now", "I'm literally going get in here in the next 10 minutes and I'll call you later today", "So-and-so was looking at it this morning, but he had a dental emergency and had to leave". This has been going on for weeks and no one has actually been able to tell me what's going on with my car.
I've arranged another tow to a service center at a dealership who can actually give me a date and time they will have my car looked at. Do not give these people your time and money.

We were driving last week when the sudden winter weather hit. My husband was concerned about the way our car was handling (we had just had some work done on it) and we called Barker's since it was nearby on our drive. They were incredibly kind and helped us out on no notice--they took a look at the tires and put the car up and made sure that there was nothing wrong. They tightened up the tires and it made a huge difference--both in drivability and for our peace of mind. We were so impressed.

Great place to take your car to get fixed specially for minor & mid fixes. Family owned, HONEST mechanics that won't try to up-sale you or tell you something more needs fixed then what actually needs fixed. I've taken several cars there over the years & ALWAYS been satisfied with service & price. Highly recommend

On October 19th I had a flat tire on I71 and ended up calling around to find a tire company -- not an easy feat in Washington Court House, OH! I had to have AAA tow my car to Barkers however prior to towing it, I was able to confirm that they did not have my size tire in stock. They were able to locate one, go pick it up and change it so I could get back on the road. Did it take a while for all of this to happen....you bet it did however they were rock stars in my book. They were able to get it done and get me back on the road.

I just bought my second set of wheels and tires for my truck from Barkers.Scott was awesome with everything.I would definitely recommend Barkers. Friendly, knowledgeable,and do great work.

Part of the underbody of my car came loose and started dragging while I was driving up 71. Called them and brought the car over, they got it on the lift and bolted the part back on within 30 minutes. They did not charge me either, great guys working here.

We were traveling on the highway and got a flat tire. After waiting a long time we tried asking how much longer and were ignored while they helped other customers but they ignored us. Terrible service and we went to another tire shop that helped us right away. Definitely don't recommend them.
