I was happy with staff but I was mis lead by them when they told they put something in car that would stop it from burning so much oil but when I took my car in today they saying I need to go to dealership now I feel they just took my money

Horrible experience. Very argumentative and (doug) kept talking over me very loud while I was trying to give my information to another worker who was decent.
Was going there for an oil change not a argument. This was all because I just had two new tires put on at the dealership and they set the air pressure so I would have better traction on the steep muddy road I live on ,
But doug overfilled them and was mad when I asked him to let some air out. He never told me what he was doing until he over filled them and then very sarcastically he had to let me know how screwed up my tire pressure was on a brand new van. I could go on and on (like doug did to me), but the point is, I DO NOT recommend this location unless your looking to have an argument with doug. Go there when doug is off or has a soar throat!

The most friendly ,knowledgeable, all-around fun ever at an oil change place. Virgil and Danny were EXTREMELY PROFESIONAL in their communication with each other, as well as myself, on what was happening. I can not say enough on how GREAT of an experience it was. If you just want an oil change, go anywhere. IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT GO HERE. TELL THEM 11,000 MILES SENT YOU
