My sister tried to get an emergency appointment, and the female that answered the call stated "they don't do emergencies." My sister stated it was mentioned on their website, she responded, "it was a mistake and will tell her supervisor." The lady told my sister to take her cat to Girard! I looked at their site and listed is a heart icon that states "emergency services!" They should put a disclaimer stating they only do emergencies for regular customers only because that's what it pretty much amounts to, I bet!!!

Desperately trying to make an appointment and they basically said “you’ve only ever been here for 3 inexpensive visits so we don’t have an emergency appointment available for you”, I said “are you kidding me, what did you just say” and the receptionist slammed the phone down to hang up on me. I called back and was then told that they don’t treat turkeys by anlther person instead of not having an available appointment, without offering any apologies for being treated poorly or being purposely hung up on . Made us feel like second rate customers, and that our emergency wasn’t at all important to them.

I'm so disgusted with town and country I thought they were good when I had my old dog and it was a emergency they saw her right on the spot didn't matter if she was new fast forward I have a new dog she hasn't been eating shes not looking good I would think this been a emergency they would see her talking about they can't see her for 6 weeks where is the compassion suppose to be a vet to help the fur babies shouldnt be in business with that attitude maybe it's a sign not to bring her their I have to pray on it and ask God to guide me in the right direction so she can get the right care I have nothing good to say about town and country after this

We have been with T&C for a few years now with our dog and cat. Recently we lost our dog and they were so compassionate and gentle through the whole process right up to picking up his remains. I will be forever grateful that we chose them for our care. Past, present and future!

I'm new to the area. Twice I've called and been turned away. This 2nd time though is absolutely devastating. I understand not being an established client/patient. However, the oath that a doctor/vet tech takes should still be upheld. I called stating my elderly cat is in distress and has reached the end. I needed to put him down. The fact I had to make this decision, call a vet to assist me with this and then be turned away because I'm not a client. Just wow. Clinic is opened till 10pm, but my suffering cat will have to wait till tomorrow (12p) for an in-home euthanasia. I will never understand a clinic turning away animals/pets in need.
