I have worked in the auto industry for over 20 years. I have managed auto dealerships for most of them. I currently work at a dealership local. I do not leave reviews very often. The service department at Cole Valley Cadillac was incredible. Zeth was an absolute professional at the service desk. Bob? the shuttle driver was awesome to talk with on the ride home and back to the store. My wife was out of town so I only had one car and they did not hesitate one second to drop me off at home. I approved the work to be done and there was a good chance our car would have to stay overnight. Not only did Zeth and the technician assigned my car get the vehicle done same day, they were willing to pick me up at home and even stayed a few minutes late to make sure I could get my car. I know people are quick to review during negative experiences but I wanted to make sure I told Zeth and the team to keep doing what your doing. Handling customers the way you are will pay dividends in peoples trust, word of mouth and ultimately grow your shop. Well done and thank you.

This is my fourth Cadillac purchase from the Cole Valley family. This family run dealership is a top notch dealership that we are lucky to have in Trumbull County.
Demetrios has sold me my last two Cadillac XT4’s and he is incredibly professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the vehicles and the technology. Demetrios always takes the time to listen and will jump hurdles to make sure he finds the perfect vehicle to my liking.
The customer service in the service department is always top-notch. Everyone I interact with, from the service scheduler to the service techs are friendly and eager to help.

I bought a used 2017 GMC Sierra that had passed their 170+ point inspection, within the first week the dpf system failed completely. When I brought it back to them one of the services guys essentially ratted them out for knowing the truck was junk and that it had serious issues and they had just cleared the codes out on the computer and sold it. Not a month after getting it back from having that repair done the transmission went out as well, overall since I bought the vehicle at the end of February it’s spend 6 weeks sitting in a shop after they harped on about how it was maintained it’s whole life by their mechanic there how it would be the perfect work truck. Take your business elsewhere unless you wanted an expensive lawn ornament
